Zoho launched Zia Chat and announced seven vertical SaaS applications

Zoho launched Zia Chat, a unified AI conversational interface built into its software ecosystem for tasks across sales, marketing, support, HR and finance. Zoho also announced its entry into vertical SaaS with seven sector-focused applications spanning retail, automotive, BFSI, healthcare, education, real estate and restaurants, including products such as Zoho RetailIQ, Zoho AutoDMS, Zoho LOS, MedScribe, Zoho Campus, a real-estate sales-cycle platform, and Zoho POS for Restaurants.
