Kamarajar Port called bids for a second 2 million TEU container terminal

State-owned Kamarajar Port Ltd has invited bids to develop and operate its second container terminal at Ennore with private investment estimated at ₹4,288.26 crore. The tender is for a 40-year concession, with the project planned in two phases totaling 2.0 million TEU capacity (1.1 million TEU in Phase 1 and 0.9 million TEU in Phase 2).
