Indian Railways says 26 of 77 Amrit Bharat stations in Tamil Nadu are completed

A Railway Ministry reply in the Lok Sabha said redevelopment of 77 stations in Tamil Nadu under the Amrit Bharat Station Scheme has been taken up, with 26 stations completed so far (including Chennai Park and St Thomas Mount). The reply also described ongoing works at stations such as Chennai Egmore, Mayiladuthurai Junction and Kumbakonam, with some elements still under construction.
