Elivaas signed a pipeline of about 1,100 vacation-rental units to add over two years

Elivaas (Ishanee Villas Tech Pvt. Ltd) said it has signed a pipeline of about 1,100 units expected to come under its management over the next two years, as it expands beyond individual holiday homes into villas and apartment complexes. The company also said that in September 2026 it signed a 12-unit project on Chennai’s East Coast Road (Mahabalipuram) and a project with Shree Naman Group in Pawna.
Why it matters
If these units convert into managed inventory, Elivaas can expand capacity faster via developer/complex partnerships rather than adding properties one at a time.
