Sameera Group’s first industrial warehousing project in Singadivakkam received approvals

Sameera Group’s first industrial warehousing project at Singadivakkam village in the Sriperumbudur–Kanchipuram industrial belt has secured necessary approvals. The company plans to invest ₹150–170 crore to develop about 4.5 lakh sq ft of warehouse space on 16 acres, with construction tendering under way and construction expected to begin after tendering is completed.
