AM Intelligence orders 9,000 Nvidia Vera Rubin NVL72 systems for Hyderabad AI factory

AM Intelligence (AMI) placed an order for 9,000 Nvidia Vera Rubin NVL72 rack-scale systems intended for the first 30 MW phase of its upcoming AI factory in Hyderabad. The company said the systems are scheduled for delivery in Q1 2027 and will be used to power the site’s initial phase.
Why it matters
If delivered and deployed as stated, this would materially increase available AI compute capacity in Hyderabad, supporting large-scale model training and inference from a domestic facility.
