GMR Hyderabad International Airport (GHIAL) launched a real-time Lost & Found Tracking and Communication Platform that lets passengers report lost items, track request status in real time, and receive updates through a single digital interface. The system uses a unique reference ID and secure email verification to access request details and communicate with the Lost & Found team during verification and return.
Why it matters
It reduces friction and uncertainty in recovering lost belongings by giving passengers end-to-end digital visibility and communication for the lost-item process.
