Hyderabad Traffic Police launched a new website (echallan.tspolice.gov.in/htp/) on October 13, 2026. The site provides e-challan status, information on NOCs, a ‘Citizen Complaint’ submission option (including WhatsApp contact link), ‘Know your PS’ station details, a list of parking zones with online locations, and emergency/helpline numbers.
Why it matters
It adds a single online point for residents to find traffic contacts, locate designated parking, and submit traffic-related complaints, which can reduce friction in reporting and accessing services.
