TCS subsidiary HyperVault secured 264 acres in Hyderabad for a planned 1 GW AI data centre campus

HyperVault AI Data Centre Ltd (a subsidiary of Tata Consultancy Services) said it has secured 264 acres of land in Hyderabad to develop an AI data centre campus with capacity of up to 1 GW, to be built in phases. The company said HyperVault and partners are expected to invest up to ₹70,000 crore to build and manage the infrastructure.
Why it matters
If executed, the campus would add large-scale AI compute and data centre capacity in Hyderabad, supporting high-density GPU workloads for AI training and inference.
