Rapido launched Ownly zero-commission food delivery app in Hyderabad
Hyderabad, Telangana26 Sept 2026
Rapido announced the launch of its food delivery app, Ownly, in Hyderabad, making it the second city after Bengaluru. The company said Ownly uses a restaurant-first, zero-commission model, and cited Bengaluru as a proof point since Ownly’s March launch there, with over 25,000 restaurant partners and around 50,000 daily orders.
Why it matters
A second-city launch indicates the model is moving from a single-city pilot toward broader rollout, potentially widening consumer access to online food delivery with a different fee structure.
