₹7.5-crore mechanised centralised kitchen opened in Manthani for govt school breakfast scheme

A mechanised centralised community kitchen was inaugurated in Manthani (Peddapalli district, Telangana) to support the free breakfast scheme for students in government schools. The kitchen was set up at an estimated cost of ₹7.5 crore under Singareni Collieries Company Limited’s CSR initiative and is operated by the Hare Krishna Movement Charitable Foundation, with stated hourly capacity to prepare 10,000 idlis, 3,000 dosas and 5,600 puris.
