Advent to invest ₹3,150 crore in Yatharth Hospitals for a 24.9% stake

Advent International signed a definitive agreement to invest ₹3,150 crore of primary capital in Yatharth Hospital and Trauma Care Services for a 24.9% minority stake, subject to customary closing conditions. Yatharth operates nine multi-speciality hospitals with around 2,800 beds across North India, with an announced capacity of about 3,250 beds.
Why it matters
If completed, the capital infusion can fund Yatharth’s planned capacity additions and expansion of its hospital network and specialties.
