Phase 3 trial follow-up continues for DengiAll indigenous dengue vaccine (13,000+ volunteers)

ICMR said follow-up is ongoing in the phase 3 randomised trial of DengiAll, described as India’s indigenous single-dose dengue vaccine candidate, running across 20 institutes with a little above 13,000 volunteers. ICMR stated that nearly a year of follow-up has been completed and the study may be unblinded by the end of 2027, subject to sufficient dengue cases for analysis.
