Titagarh Rail Systems Ltd inaugurated a new Design & Operations Centre at its Passenger Rail Systems facility in Uttarpara, West Bengal. The company said the centre will serve as a hub for advanced engineering, design-led innovation and technology development, strengthening in-house design, engineering and operational capabilities.
