Yotta Data Services disclosed in ministry of corporate affairs filings that it raised ₹1,396 crore (about $150 million) in July 2026, including a ₹250 crore investment from Serum Institute of India. The filings also show investments of ₹1,029 crore from Dovetail Financial Services Pvt. Ltd and ₹77.3 crore from Asio Fund VCC, which Yotta’s CEO said represented contributions from HNIs and family offices.
